Our primary focus is Scottsdale and the Phoenix area, where we have established relationships and expertise. However, we do make exceptions for the right client and celebration. If you’re considering working together beyond Arizona, we’d love to connect and explore the possibilities.
How early should we book wedding planning services?
We recommend reaching out as early as possible, especially if you have a specific wedding date or venue in mind. Our couples typically begin the planning process 12–18 months before their celebration. Since we intentionally limit the number of weddings we accept each season to provide a personalized experience, we encourage you to connect with us early.
How many weddings do you take on per year?
We intentionally take on a limited number of weddings each season to ensure every couple receives a truly personalized and curated experience. We typically accept 4–6 weddings for the spring season and 4–6 weddings for the fall season, allowing us to provide the time, attention, and thoughtful guidance needed to bring each celebration to life.
Of course! Your wedding celebration doesn’t have to begin and end with the ceremony. We love helping couples create meaningful moments throughout the entire wedding weekend, from welcoming guests with a special gathering to enjoying a relaxed brunch the morning after.
How many team members will be onsite?
Every wedding is unique, which means our onsite team is thoughtfully determined based on your guest count, timeline, venue, and overall event logistics. We typically have a minimum of four to six team members present on the wedding day so we can provide the level of attention, care, and support our couples expect.
Yes! You don't need to have your venue or date selected before reaching out. We're happy to guide you through those first decisions and help you build a strong foundation for the rest of your wedding planning journey.
